When the World Wearies and Ceases to Satisfy, There is Always the Garden

May 19, 2026 - Jun 22, 2026

Join us at the Satellite Gallery in Lyndonville for a thought-provoking group exhibition that invites artists to explore themes of resilience and beauty in nature during challenging times.

In a world that often feels overwhelming, this exhibition encourages us to find joy and solace in our surroundings. We invite artists to submit their work in any medium, whether 2D or 3D, reflecting their interpretation of the garden as a source of hope and happiness.

Submission dates for this July through August exhibits can be made from June 15 through June 22 by following this LINK.

Submission donation: $20 for the first submission, $10 for each additional submission.

Join us for a potluck celebration on Friday, July 10, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Bring a dish to share and connect with fellow artists and art enthusiasts!

We look forward to celebrating creativity and the beauty of nature together.

The Satellite Gallery & Community Space

In 2018 Elly Barksdale and Martha Elmes started the Satellite Gallery together with the intention of filling empty storefront windows and creating an Art Space for the community. They succeeded in creating a gallery that has been filled with art from a number of New England Artists. The Satellite Gallery is still going strong in partnership with @CatamountArts.

Located at 71 Depot St. in Lyndonville, VT the Satellite Gallery is open Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 12:00-4:00 or by appointment.
