Partner with Catamountix Regional Box Office
Whether you are presenting one concert, a school production, a festival, or a full season of events, Catamountix gives you an established way to sell tickets online without having to run your own ticketing system.
Your event is presented as your event. It appears on the Catamountix Regional Box Office website alongside other events happening across the region, helping audiences discover what is on while keeping your organization and identity distinct.
What Catamountix provides
- An online event listing and ticket sales through www.catamountix.com
- Ticket sales by phone and in person at the Catamount Arts box office before the event
- Customer service for ticket buyers
- Regular sales reports, on a schedule that works for you
- A final “passenger list” of ticket buyers for your event
- Refund processing when needed
- Inclusion in selected Catamountix email promotions
We handle the ticketing infrastructure and buyer support. You remain in charge of your event, including its pricing, presentation, and on-site check-in.
Straightforward pricing
There is no setup fee.
A 15% service fee is added to each ticket and paid by the ticket buyer. Catamountix does not charge presenters separate credit-card processing fees for normal ticket sales.
If an entire event is cancelled and refunds must be issued, the presenter is responsible for the credit-card processing charges associated with both the original sale and the refund.
Before tickets go on sale, we will also review whether Vermont sales tax needs to be collected for your event.
A regional box office, built for local presenters
Catamountix has worked with individual performers, arts organizations, schools, chambers of commerce, and colleges throughout the region. Our goal is simple: make it easier for local presenters to offer a reliable ticket-buying experience and spend more of their time on the event itself. In the past year, Catamountix has supported ticketed events for 19 regional presenting partners.
