There are lots of food vendors on site at First Night to feed the whole family! Check out some of the options below:

Inside Food Options:

Maria’s Kusina will be serving authentic filipino food including vegetable pancit canton with noodles, vegetable or pork spring rolls, steamed pork buns, pork siomai, pork adobo with rice, chicken curry with rice, barbeque pork, and desserts in in the basement of the South Church Hall.

The St. Johnsbury School and CatCH program will be serving Maple Grove Pancakes, Vermont Maple Syrup, and sausages by donation in the cafeteria of the St. Johnsbury School from 4 – 8 pm.

Mami’s Latin Kitchen will be serving Arroz Imperial (yellow rice with seasoned shredded chicken) and Arroz con Gandules (rice with pigeon peas) with sausage – straight from the Dominican Republic! Empanadas, stuffed potato balls, and flan as well. Serving from the basement of St. Andrew’s Church.

The NEK Chamber of Commerce will be serving free cookies and hot chocolate from the information booth beginning at 4 pm.

Old Smoker Barbecue will be Serving Beef Brisket pulled pork sandwiches with Coleslaw in the basement of the United Community Church.

Sunshine Catering will be serving bacon mac and cheese, vegetarian chili, and maple cookies in the basement of the Universalist Unitarian Congregation.

Food Truck Options: 

VinDogs Food Truck will be serving fresh made donuts and corn dogs from their food truck which will be parked outside of Fuller Hall.

Shrubby’s SmokeShack will be serving fresh made mac-n-cheese, brisket sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches, smash burgers, and fries with homemade sauces.

Vermont Street Eats Food Truck will be serving gyros, smash burgers, onion rings, loaded french fries, chicken tenders, and pulled pork mac and cheese. They’ll also be serving various drinks, including warm apple cider.
