First Night WRISTBANDS will be required for entry to all First Night North events
Safety is our priority: All attendees — including all children — will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test for COVID-19 dated December 28 or later along with a valid ID. In addition, all attendees — including children — will be required to wear a face mask over their mouth and nose at all times while inside any First Night venue.

What about buttons? There’s more good news for First Night supporters! A limited number of keepsake First Night 2022 sponsor buttons are now available. Wear your button to show your commitment to keeping the tradition of our family-friendly, alcohol-free arts extravaganza alive. Sponsor buttons for First Night 2022 are $50 each, which includes the $25 “early bird” admission wristband. Please note, while Sponsor buttons are available for pick up or shipping before New Year’s Eve, admission wristbands included in your purchase will need to be picked up on New Year’s Eve with proof of vaccination, or negative PCR test. Your purchase makes it possible to open the festival to children and their families who otherwise would be unable to attend. We are confident that with the support of civic-minded people like you, First Night North in St. Johnsbury will remain the area’s most widely attended community celebration of its kind. HOW TO PICK UP YOUR WRISTBANDS

WRISTBANDS will be available for pick up only on New Year’s Eve, December 31. We will not be mailing pre-purchased wristbands. WRISTBANDS will be affixed to attendee wrists by First Night staff when proof of vaccination, or negative PCR test, and ID are provided. All attendees — including children of all ages — will need to provide proof of vaccination, or a negative PCR test for COVID-19, within 72 hours, before receiving a wristband, and will also be required to wear a face mask over their nose at all times while inside venues presenting First Night performances.

Pick up your WRISTBANDS at the following locations. Avoid the long lines in the cold and plan to get your wristbands before 5 pm! Please plan for longer wait times during the 5 pm to 8 pm hours. In an attempt to have the lines move as quickly as possible, please plan to have your vaccine cards, negative PCR tests, and IDs out and ready for all attendees before you reach the First Night North staff. We recommend printing your materials to avoid any cell phone service issues.

• Catamount Arts on Eastern Avenue will be open 10 am to midnight, and will offer pre-purchased pick up as well as cash or credit card sales.
• The Information Booth on the corner of Main Street and Eastern Avenue will be open from noon to 11 pm, and will offer pre-purchased pick up as well as cash or credit card sales.
• The St. Johnsbury School on Western Avenue will offer pick up for pre-purchased wristbands only from 4 pm to 5:30 pm. The table will close pre-purchased pick up sharply at 5:30 pm, regardless of the line, in order to get to the next location. This location will not offer wristband sales.
• The VFW on Eastern Avenue will offer pick up for pre-purchased wristbands only from 6 pm to 8 pm. Please expect longer waiting times during this time period at all locations. This location will not offer wristband sales.
