Founded in the midst of the bustling streets of Barcelona in 2018, amidst chaos, traffic, and stress, “Las Karamba” came into being. Six life stories converged here, each individually shaped by migration, musical heritage, and sometimes subversive family backgrounds. Together, the women wanted to draw strength, overcome fears, and pursue their dreams. They also aimed to express their dedication to music and emphasize the role of women.

The multicultural band consists of members from Venezuela, Cuba, Catalonia, France, and Argentina. They infuse traditional styles like Son, Cha-Cha-Cha, Salsa, and Timba with influences from rap and urban music, along with a touch of Samba and Rumba, creating a new, highly powerful and infectious musical blend.

On stage, the group presents themselves extremely well-rehearsed, with an electrifying show, danceable songs, perfect arrangements, and delightful, catchy melodies. Frontwoman Ahyvin Bruno knows how to captivate the audience with her magnificent voice, accompanied by flawless background vocals.

Las Karamba brings pure joy and fantastic music to the stage. They are fun and captivate the audience from the very first moment!
