COVID-19 POLICIES
– Updated May 1, 2022 –

In response to current CDC and Vermont Department of Health guidelines (coupled with significantly declining regional hospitalization rates), patrons will no longer be required to show proof of vaccination or negative test results while inside Catamount Arts facilities or attending Catamount Arts events. In addition, masks are now optional but encouraged – and welcome.

COVID-19 is likely to be a part of our lives for years to come. As such, we will continue to monitor public health guidelines and reinstate restrictions as needed. Our goal is to keep patrons, volunteers, artists, and staff healthy and safe.

Patrons must adhere to safety protocols in place on the day of the performance and not on the day of the ticket purchase. These protocols are subject to change at any time in response to changing public health conditions and guidance from our local health partners and state and federal agencies.

Back to basics: We appreciate the thousands of supporters who’ve helped us continue to program throughout the pandemic; let’s continue to take care of each other. Please stay home if you are feeling ill or showing any COVID-19 symptoms.

COVID-19 REFUND POLICY UPDATE (EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2022)

No refunds or exchanges on ticket sales (including processing fees) unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled. However, if you cannot attend an event due to a COVID-19, the amount of your tickets will be put on account for future use. Please e-mail pblack@catamountarts.org for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: These policies are subject to change at any time in response to changing public health conditions and guidance from state and federal agencies.

Catamount Arts has invested over $50,000 in the Synexis Bio-Defense System which utilizes Dry Hydrogen Peroxide (DHP™) to fight COVID-19 and other viruses at its Arts Center and multiple performance venues.  Synexis DHP™, a patented technology utilized throughout the professional sports and entertainment industry, was designed to safely, continuously, and effectively flow throughout indoor, occupied spaces to reduce pathogens in the air and on surfaces by over 98%.
