COVID-19 POLICIES
–Updated 12/1/2021–

COVID-19 Mask Policy

Mask wearing is mandatory at all times for staff, performers, attendees, vendors, and visitors while inside a Catamount Arts facility (Arts Center, ArtPort and the Cavern/Open Stage) or at events presented by Catamount Arts at other indoor venues.

COVID-19 Indoor Safety Policy

For all indoor programming greater than 15 minutes in length including the KCP Presents Performing Arts Series, ArtPort, First Night North, Met – Live in HD, NT Live, Bolshoi Ballet, films, concerts, classes, workshops, room rentals, etc.

***Masks, Proof of Full Vaccination (or Negative PCR Test), and Valid ID Required for Admittance***

In consideration of the fluctuating status of the COVID virus and in deference to our host venues, local public health officials and other audience members, attendees are expected to be vaccinated against COVID and will be asked to show proof of full vaccination, either as vaccination card, xerox of the card, cell phone photograph of the card or a verifiable health information PDA app. Full vaccination means that either 14 days have passed since receiving the second dose of FDA or WHO-authorized double-dose vaccines or that 14 days have passed since receiving the FDA or WHO authorized single-dose vaccines. Alternately, attendees can provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test (PCR) performed within 72 hours of the show. Staff may also request a photo ID in order to help verify the aforementioned COVID-19 documents. Aligned with recommendations from the CDC and Vermont Department of Health regarding indoor spaces, masks are required.

(COVID-19 testing locations can be found HERE.)

We reserve the right to restrict access to staff, students, or patrons who show signs of symptoms. We ask that any patron who is sick, or has been exposed to someone who is sick, not attend their planned show and contact us to review ticket options.

COVID-19 Refund Policy

Full refunds will be given until 30 days prior to the purchased performance. At that time, there are no refunds or exchanges on ticket sales including processing fees. If you cannot attend due to COVID-19 related illness, the amount of your tickets will be put on account for future use. Please e-mail pblack@catamountarts.org for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: These policies are subject to change at any time in response to changing public health conditions and guidance from state and federal agencies.

Catamount Arts has invested over $50,000 in the Synexis Bio-Defense System which utilizes Dry Hydrogen Peroxide (DHP™) to fight COVID-19 and other viruses at its Arts Center and multiple performance venues.  Synexis DHP™, a patented technology utilized throughout the professional sports and entertainment industry, was designed to safely, continuously, and effectively flow throughout indoor, occupied spaces to reduce pathogens in the air and on surfaces by over 98%.
