Description:
Jeffrey, a gay man in New York City, decides to abstain from sex due to fears surrounding the AIDS epidemic. His resolve is tested when he meets Steve, an HIV-positive man who challenges his perceptions of love and intimacy. This poignant romantic comedy balances humor and heart in exploring relationships during a crisis.

During Pride Month, Rev. Brendan Hadash will present four free romantic comedy movies exploring different aspects of the LGBTQ+ community on Wednesdays at 6 PM in June, followed by a discussion.
Rev. Brendan Hadash served as minister of the Universalist Unitarian Congregation of St. Johnsbury for 19 years. A local leader during the battle for civil unions and same-sex marriage, he recently portrayed a conservative politician in the Littleton production of La Cage Aux Folles. He resides in St. Johnsbury with his husband, celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary.
