As the season slowly changes, we invite you to take some time to reflect on your inner harvest and express yourself creatively. What dreams and projects have come to fruition this year? What seeds would you like to preserve for the next year? We are going to gather to integrate our personal “growing seasons.” The retreat is created to be a fun and safe experience that enlivens our imagination and finds us expressing ourselves through embodied movement and the practice of creating with our hands. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket.
Class fee: $45, materials included (10% discount for Catamount Arts members)
Register HERE via our new class portal.
Registration deadline: October 24.
When Sarah Spletzer started her business, movementum, in 2015, she was inspired to give it a three word motto: Dance-Create-Share, as those are her three favorite things to do in this world. She has a special interest in the area where creating meets healing, where creating means not only learning a new skill but learning something new about yourself. After completing a BA in Fine Arts in 2009, she completed training as a Professional Artist in the Classroom and as a dance therapist. In Germany, the Netherlands, and the US, Sarah has facilitated creative classes and workshops for all ages, led public art projects, provided education programming at the National Museum of Fine Arts in the Netherlands, and helped organize the Weaving Well Being Festival in Vermont. She is a member of the Cabot Artisans Gallery.
