In celebration of 50 years of community arts and arts education programming, Catamount Arts has announced a special 50th Anniversary Summer Raffle this year. The raffle invites community members to support Catamount Arts in the amount of $50 for a chance to win $5,050 cash! Only 550 tickets will be sold.
Every ticket sold will support Catamount Arts’ mission to cultivate arts as an integral part of community life, but only one ticket wins the cash prize. The winning ticket will be drawn in downtown St. J during Final Friday on June 26.
Last year alone, Catamount Arts served 70,000 patrons, supported over 135 jobs, generated over $5M in economic impact, and launched the development of an innovative versatile Creative Campus, a visionary renovation of its Eastern Avenue assets to include additional studio space and a vibrant outdoor performance venue linking St. Johnsbury’s Railroad Street shopping district to its Main Street culture district.
Catamount Arts’ programming routinely includes film screenings, Metropolitan Opera broadcasts, National Theatre Live productions, bluegrass jams, gallery exhibitions, dance classes, music camps, acting workshops, and live shows from around the world including comedy, dance, circus arts, and every genre of music imaginable right here in the Northeast Kingdom and Northern New Hampshire. For 50 years, Catamount Arts has provided accessible, vigorous arts engagement to NEK communities. Get your raffle tickets to help sustain another 50 years!
Winner is responsible for all associated fees which include, but may not be limited to, all Federal, State & local tax liability; license, title, registration and/or similar fees associated with receiving this prize. Must be 18 years or older to win. Winner must claim prize within ten (10) days of drawing. Winner does not need to be present at the drawing.
Proceeds to benefit Catamount Film and Arts.
