Catamount Arts Bluegrass Night concert series, hosted by the acclaimed father-daughter duo Bob & Sarah Amos, presents Northeast Kingdom singer-songwriter Steve Wright in a celebration of his new album These Two Hands. Steve will be joined on stage by an impressive cast of Vermont musicians, including Colin McCaffrey, Patti Casey, Chris Cruger, Freeman Corey and Bob Amos.

Best known for his evocative songwriting, Steve Wright is also well known for his singing and work as a guitarist and banjo picker. He resides in the southern end of the Northeast Kingdom along the beautiful Connecticut River Valley in the small community of Barnet, Vermont.

Steve’s new album, These Two Hands, contains a collection of original songs written from the heart, sometimes late at night on scraps of paper, with evolving melodies and story lines, and represents years spent honing his craft. He is joined on the album by some very talented and dear friends who use their musical talent and years of experience to lift these songs to new heights.

Series hosts Bob & Sarah Amos, who will also perform, are on a roll with their recent album Ever Onward and the lead off song “The Hills That I Call Home, both reaching #1 on the national Folk charts.

As always, admission to Bluegrass Night is free, but donations will be gratefully received.
