Description:
For the 21st consecutive year, ShortsTV presents the Oscar-Nominated Short Films. With all three categories offered Animated, Live Action and Documentary this is your annual chance to view all the nominated shorts! A perennial hit with audiences around the country and the world, don’t miss this years selection of shorts.

Live-Action Shorts Program:
Jane Austen’s Period Drama (dirs. Steve Pinder & Julia Aks): A comedy about a Regency-era marriage proposal disrupted by the sudden arrival of a woman’s period.
A Friend of Dorothy (dir. Lee Knight): Features Miriam Margolyes as a lonely widow who forms an unlikely, tender friendship with a 17-year-old boy.
Butcher’s Stain (dir. Meyer Levinson-Blount): A 26-minute Israeli film about a Palestinian butcher accused of tearing down hostage posters.
The Singers (dir. Sam A. Davis): Based on a 19th-century Turgenev story about patrons in a pub connecting through song.
Two People Exchanging Saliva (dirs. Natalie Musteata & Alexandre Singh): A 36-minute French film.
